A great exercise to build hypertrophy on the arms.
This exercise splits into 3 parts, lower range of motion, upper range of motion and the full range of motion. Hitting each rom (range of motion) with a total of 7 reps each. This exercise increases endurance and creates muscle confusion by attacking repetitions from various starting and ending points.
